The first new home was purchased in 2016, and the second now in 2018!

After purchasing a second new Mfg. Home from J & M homes McMinnville dealership, I would recommend J & M to any other potential customers. Traci, Shayla, and branch manager Mike, handled and made both purchases easy, and were, and continue to be helpful any way that they can be.

The first new home was purchased in 2016, and the second now in 2018. Both these units were replacing older units, and the selection, and available options made it an easy and pretty much painless process from start to finish.

Traci was instrumental in selling two older homes, and helped with the design and interior options. Shayla is always helpful, and there if I needed answers. Mike was very helpful in arranging the transport of the last older home that I sold independently, which sped up the process when the new home was ready for delivery.

I would recommend them and J & M to any person, or family looking for a new manufactured home, that is their business. Both homes that were purchased, are set up as rentals, and the nice thing about J & M is that they handle the whole process from picking out the unit, helping with the selection of options, and full setup, and finish of the units when delivery is made.
