We are very happy with our beautiful home.

The staff at the OC J&M were always super helpful and friendly. We spent a lot of time going through the models and I never felt rushed, when we decided on the Maple II- Gary helped walk us through the process of designing our floor model and was very patient with us and answered any questions we had, and would call us with updates when he would have new information on what was going on with the building process.

Sharene was also a pleasure to work with over at J&M, our contractor John had an accident and was unavailable for walk through of the house (also big thank you to John the house looks amazing inside), and Sharene was a HUGE help at making some calls and pulling some strings to make sure me and my Husband would be able to do the walk through before the weekend so we could get moved in before our daughters birthday. She also kept in contact through email to keep me updated with the parts We need to fix up some of the house that had some minor issues. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend JM for your housing experience.
