In addition, if you have children you want to avoid those that include many older residents, or at least attempt to locate in an area of the community that includes families similar to yours.
Remember, when choosing a mobile home park there are many things you should consider before committing to one over another. Think about the location, the amenities, the exclusions and the lifestyle of the other residents. If you can find a place which fits with your desires in these areas, you’ll know you’ve found home!
