The Statesman Journal has reported (and we can confirm) that J&M Homes has taken over the space formerly occupied by Santiam Homes.

We’ve put up a temporary sign, and Santiam Homes’ longtime owners Ken and Janet Bentz announced their semi-retirement.

We’re letting go of the reins and letting someone else handle it. We’re going play a little and work a little,” Janet Bentz said.

We promise not to let them down, and we’re looking forward to working with all of you folks in the area…
