Shannon was very attentive and strived to design my home with everything I wanted. She was very thoughtful with all my changes and worked to make herself available when needed.

I feel the lack of communication between the dealer and manufacturer was lacking. I as the customer received alot of push back from the manufacturer because some things were left off from the dealer. 6 months later, I am still waiting to have things resolved without knowing who will take care of it. Once the initial time of set up, I have struggled to get my issues resolved and any questions answered.

Overall, I loved Shannon and my buying experience with her. I think the lack of communication is an issue that can easily be resolved. A majority of the problems stem from the factory side of things. I enjoy being in my new home and have receive many compliments.
