From the first visit to J&M, the entire process went well. Customer service, customer satisfaction were number one with both Mike and Amy. J&M crews did their best throughout the entire process. The follow-up service has been excellent.

Overall, from first day we went to J&M, I had great service. We asked for recommendations for a general contractor, he did a fantastic job. I asked about a heat pump installer, again, he recommended a highly experienced installer. I now have a beautiful new home situated in Otis, Oregon. I would highly recommend the home model, the dealership, and everyone involved in making this my new home and property.
